What Mahjong.now is

We are a small team that grew up matching tiles and wanted a version that respects your time. Every layout here runs in your web browser, so there is nothing to install and nothing to update. You can start with the Turtle, the classic most people picture when they hear "Mahjong", or jump straight into the Pyramid or Dragon. It is all free, and it always will be.

What makes us different

A lot of mahjong sites feel cluttered and slow. We built ours to feel clean and quick.

How the games work

We care about getting the details right. Every board is built by placing tiles in a solvable order, which means the shape is randomized but always winnable. That is also what lets two players share the same multiplayer board or the same daily challenge. Our rules follow the traditional Mahjong Solitaire you already know, and you can read them in plain English on the rules hub.

Your stats, streaks, and preferences are saved right in your browser, so you can play as a guest and still keep your progress. Want to sync across devices and appear on the leaderboards? Create a free account. It is optional, and you never need one just to play a single tile.
